A gathering of women in a safe, intentional space to connect, share wisdom, offer mutual support, and honor the divine feminine.
In these two hour gatherings you can expect any combination of gentle yoga, breath work, sound healing, meditation, journaling, chanting, dancing, and/or other healing practices.
